Audio Rosary
Pray the Rosary out loud, without touching the screen
The audio Rosary in ORA Daily prays the Holy Rosary out loud with you. It opens on the mysteries of the day, announces each one, and prays every Hail Mary, Our Father and Glory Be, so you can pray while walking, driving or with your eyes closed. You choose the voice and the pace. It is part of the Premium subscription; the written Rosary stays free for everyone.
The mysteries of the day, already chosen
You do not have to remember which mysteries belong to today. The app opens on the right ones: Joyful on Monday and Saturday, Sorrowful on Tuesday and Friday, Glorious on Wednesday and Sunday, Luminous on Thursday.
Each mystery is announced out loud and shown with its own image, so you know where you are without reading a word.
Your voice, your pace
- Three voices: English, Spanish for the Americas, and Spanish from Spain
- Three speeds: 1x, 1.25x and 1.5x
- Choose which prayers are included: the Creed, the three Hail Marys, the Fatima prayer, the Hail Holy Queen
- Play, pause and skip, with the mystery always visible
- Keeps playing with the screen locked, with play, pause and skip from the usual media controls
It picks up where you left it
Pause and come back later the same day, and the Rosary continues from the same prayer. The next day it starts fresh with the new mysteries.
Praying the Rosary, in audio or written, counts the same towards your spiritual path. Doing both on the same day does not count twice.

Frequently asked
Is the audio Rosary free?
+
The audio Rosary is part of the Premium subscription. The written, interactive Rosary is free for everyone, forever, with all four sets of mysteries.
Can I pray with the screen off?
+
Yes. The audio keeps playing with the screen locked, and you can pause or skip from your phone's usual media controls.
Can I choose a Spanish voice while the app is in English?
+
Yes. The voice is chosen separately from the interface language, so you can read the app in English and pray in Spanish, or the other way round.
Does it need an internet connection?
+
Yes. The audio Rosary streams, so it needs a connection. If the signal drops it pauses and keeps your place for the rest of the day.
